The system only manages trades on the exchanges. The funds stay on your account.

A fixed address

Trades leave from the same address every time. When you connect an exchange, we will show you where to add it. You do this once.

Keys stay locked

Your exchange key is stored only in encrypted form. It is never written down in plain text.

What is worth knowing before you connect an account.

Do you hold my money?

No. The money stays on your exchange account. We never take it into our own custody, and we cannot withdraw it.

Which exchanges can I connect?

Binance, OKX and Bybit.

What happens if I stop paying?

New trades are not opened, but trades that are already open are looked after until they finish. They are not closed just because a bill is unpaid.

Can I lose money?

Yes. Trading can lose money. The service limits the size of each trade and closes it if the price goes against you. Profit is not promised.

Can I close a trade myself?

Yes. Every trade is visible in your account. If you need to close everything at once, the service asks you to confirm.

What does deposit insurance cover?

It is optional and paid with Pro: 10% of the amount you choose ($1,000–$50,000) for one year. We pay the shortfall of the bot’s net closed trades, up to that amount.
